"Liz and Jeanna are the dynamic duo! They simply just get it done :) I've primarily used their services to help rent and manage a rental property I own in Green Cove Springs, FL. They provide inspections to ensure the property is maintained throughout the lease term, handle all maintenance requests, preform credit and background screens on future renters for the property and handle all paperwork from start to finish. I was fortunate enough to have a long term renter for 2 years at my property, but here recently I was informed he would be leaving... He was a dream renter so I was so nervous, however Liz and Jeanna jumped on the ball early with marketing and getting the word out there for the property, and here we are with 1.5 months left and we already have a new, qualified renter secured.
